Through team workshops or individual leadership coaching we look at what processes currently cause friction and set the first steps in optimizing them together.

DESIGN YOUR FAST GROWING TEAM
As a scaling and fast growing company design the structure, as well as composition, of your future teams. Through custom sessions we design what functions and roles you need in the company how teams collaborate and what type of people do you need to sustain growth.
